The HTP engine: reliable energy 24/7/365

A true game changer, the HydroThermic Power (HTP) engine offers solutions in terms of firm generation, battery storage and energy flexibility.

Enormously powerful movement

The HTP engine requires only the application of low temperature water to a deceptively simple, scalable, inexpensive, easy to maintain apparatus which is the core of this unique technology.

Heat sourced from either established waste heat recovery (WHR) processes or from wind or solar is applied to warm a supply of water that drives the HTP engine.

The resultant output is an enormously powerful, unstoppable, reciprocating movement: a movement that can provide a reliable and continuous supply of energy from a renewable source.

All you need is warm

The low temperature warm water (<100ºC) that fuels the HTP engine is easily and cheaply produced by using any renewable source that will either directly provide warm water or will apply energy to heat water.

The warm water fuel can then either be used immediately or can easily be stored to later convert the energy into a useable form with instant start-up and shut down response times.

Test results for the HTP demonstration engine have produced a continual mechanical output of 36.6Kw using just 100 litres of warm water per second. How this is achieved can be explained following signing of a confidentiality agreement.

Limitless Potential Applications

As well as providing a firm generation solution the potential standalone applications for the HTP engine become limitless.

The fully developed HTP engine will readily integrate with and drive the generation of electricity for traditional applications, or for a myriad of other applications as diverse as desalinating water to powering small scale grids, conventional mining sites, ships at sea, AI data centres or crypto-currency mining.

Opportunities to integrate the HTP engine into existing technologies to provide additional firm generation include, for example, utilising WHR from fired power stations, cement manufacturing, ceramics, iron and steel and other energy intensive refineries such as smelters, glass making, chemicals, paper & pulp, food and drink processing.

In brief, the HTP engine has an enormous capability that can offer flexible energy solutions in multiple ways to meet the needs of a variety of industry interests.

A unique, safe, simple, inexpensive and reliable battery storage solution

The HTP engine also provides an immediate solution to the holy grail: finding a safe and reliable energy storage system. The simple store of warm water will effectively provide a portable, useable and efficient battery ready to power into action on demand as and when required enabling optimal energy flexibility.

Low capital expenditure, low maintenance costs and scalability are hallmarks of HTP technology.

Though enormously powerful, the engine in operation is silent, is pollutant and emission free and is 100% recyclable.

The Investment Opportunity

TBL’s research has confirmed that the HTP engine is entirely novel: it is neither a traditional expansion engine nor an organic Rankin Cycle engine.

Offering efficient, low-cost energy from renewable sources and providing firm generation solutions, the HTP engine is ideally positioned to take its place as a market leader. The HTP engine IP offers sophisticated investors an unparalleled ground floor opportunity with limited risk and enormous commercial upside.
